How we take every measurement, with photos

UK delivery is free on every order, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and arriving 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Express delivery is £4.99 and arrives 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Europe is £8.99. The United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world are £19.99. Allow 3 to 17 working days depending on destination and customs.

Orders outside the UK may attract import duty, tax or a handling fee on arrival. These are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return something, and a further 14 days to send it back.

Changed your mind? Return postage is yours to cover. Use our Royal Mail returns portal and we deduct £3.95 from your refund for the tracked label, with nothing to pay up front. You are welcome to return it by your own method at your own cost instead.

Faulty, damaged in transit or not as described? We cover postage both ways and refund your original delivery charge in full.

Once your return reaches us and we have checked it, we refund within 14 days to the payment method you used.
