We pack every order ourselves, in Stockport.

Dispatch

Orders go out within one to two working days. Tracking follows by email.

United Kingdom

Delivery is free on every UK order, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. That is two to three working days from dispatch, tracked the whole way, with no signature needed on delivery. Express delivery is £4.99, one to two working days. We also deliver to Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

International

Europe is £8.99. The United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world are £19.99. Allow three to seventeen working days from dispatch, depending on the destination and how long customs takes.

Customs and duty

Orders outside the UK may attract import duty, tax or a handling fee when they arrive. These are set by the destination country, not by us, and they are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict them and we cannot refund them.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Return postage is yours to cover, unless the piece is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, in which case we cover it both ways. Our refund policy has the detail.

If something goes wrong

If tracking has not moved for several days, or a parcel arrives damaged, email harry@blankseams.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier.
